Wayne Rowland says to Parasite Cleanse before doing anything. The Gut rebuilder program does not seem to include dewormers, but is extremely similar to the parasite cleanse protocol. Do I add dewormers featured in the parasite cleanse to the gut rebuilder? Is there an hour-by-hour detail of what to take when for the gut rebuilding?
